HAPPY DIWALI: My Diwali Celebration

Hey guys!! I am back with another post..
First of all a very Happy Diwali!!
Ya I know Diwali was yesterday but it is still not too late, festive spirit is on.. you know

So I came up with this special Diwali post.

India, the land of various cultures, traditions, festivals and lots of exciting food, we literally celebrate sooooo many festivals throughout the year. Diwali, the festival of lights being one of the major one. It marks the victory of Lord Rama over the evil as he defeated King Ravana. To celebrate Rama’s return to Ayodhya, after he spent 14 years of his life in exile along with his wife Sita and brother Lakshman, the locals lit up their houses with earthen lamps (diyas), burst crackers and decorated the entire city in the grandest manner. This is believed to have started the tradition of Diwali.
Ever since, people light lamps on Diwali to remember that light triumphs over dark and good triumphs over evil.

So, I am going to share some of my Diwali celebration and pooja pics here with you guys..

So, this was my little celebration of Diwali this year. I hope you guys liked it. Let me know in the comment section, How was your Diwali?

Once again a very Happy Diwali to all and I hope you guys will have a great year ahead.

  1. I love Diwali cause its festive and also the time where all the people in our family get together. I was not able to celebrate for the past two years due to reasons and so this one was good.
